RESUME OF INCIDENT:
On Thursday, January 12, 2012, the El Cajon Police Department ended a week-long investigation surrounding the conspiracy to commit murder, and solicitation to commit murder of an El Cajon resident. Two arrests were made. A press conference will be held tomorrow morning at 9:30am outlining the investigation.
