RESUME OF INCIDENT: The victim was walking in the parking lot of the Bank of America to deposit receipts inside from her employer. The suspect approached her from behind, grabbed the bank bag from her hands, and fled on foot. Witnesses to this theft began chasing the suspect providing police with his location. Approximately 2 blocks away officers caught up with the suspect who was fleeing into a parking lot of a nearby business. Officers struggled with the suspect taking him into custody. The bank bag was recovered.
