RESUME OF INCIDENT: Late Wednesday night the El Cajon Police Department received a call from the hospital in regards to an adult female victim who alleges she was raped by a San Diego Police Officer and a female, while at a residence in El Cajon. The case is being investigated by El Cajon Police Detectives.
