TYPE OF INCIDENT: Community Forum

RESUME OF INCIDENT:
The El Cajon Police Department is hosting a community forum for the City of El Cajon’s Middle Eastern population. The forum was organized for individuals who recently immigrated to the United States. The goal of the forum is to help familiarize new members of the community with local laws and services available to them within the city.
The forum, which is being held in association with AL Salam Mosque, will feature presentations from the El Cajon Police Department, Heartland Fire Department, El Cajon Recreation Department and various social service agencies. The forum will be held on February 1st, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the Ronald Reagan Community Center in El Cajon. For further information, contact Lt. Tim Henton at (619) 579-3300 Ext. 0104.
