TYPE OF INCIDENT: Missing Person at Risk
DATE AND TIME OCCURRED: 1/28/2011 @ 10:00 am
LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: Parkway Plaza Mall, El Cajon
RESUME OF INCIDENT: Brenda Elizalde, 24 yrs, was last seen at Parkway Plaza in El Cajon on 1/28/2011 at about noon. She failed to return to a specified meeting place at the Mall, after being dropped off at 10:00 am with a male friend of the family. The male friend left her at the meeting place and left. She should be considered a missing person at risk as she is mentally handicapped with the mental capacity of an 8 yr old. Brenda is described as a white female, 5-4, 200 lbs, brown hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
