RESUME OF INCIDENT:

On September 27, 2010, at approximately 12:00 AM, the El Cajon Police Department received numerous 911 calls of shots fired in the area of Cuyamaca and Vernon. As officers moved into the area, additional reports came in that an injured male was leaving 1191 N. Cuyamaca, which is where a large fight had occurred. Officers contacted this male and found that he had been stabbed and beaten. He was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.
