RESUME OF INCIDENT:
On September 20, 2010, Investigators from the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the El Cajon Police Department, affected the arrest of Pete Frank Dominguez, a 39 year old male, in the 10200 block of Prospect Avenue, in Santee. Dominguez had an outstanding homicide warrant surrounding the death of Christina Marie Pierce, formerly of El Cajon.
Pierce was reported missing by her mother on April 23, 2010, and Investigators were led to the River Ranch Campground in Tuolumne County, after receiving information that Pierce had been living there with Dominguez. Pierce’s body was discovered on August 26, 2010, and the investigation into her death is ongoing.
Dominguez has significant ties to San Diego, having lived in East County as well as the Ocean Beach areas. Anyone with information surrounding the death of Pierce is encouraged to contact Tuolumne County Detective Kelvin Moses, at (209)694-2900.
