SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White male
55-60 years old, white hair, white bushy eye brows
5’06” – 5’08”, 230 lbs, pot belly
Blue Charger shirt, tan cargo pants


RESUME OF INCIDENT: On May 19, 2010 at about 8:00 PM, a 12 year-old male was in the .99 Cent Store at 1766 E. Main Street, when he was approached by an unidentified male. The juvenile alleges that the suspect grabbed him by the arm and tried to take him outside.

After the initial report was taken, El Cajon Police detectives took over the investigation. They obtained a copy of the store security video which captured the incident. After viewing the tape, investigators found nothing to support the allegations, however, the investigation is continuing.
