TYPE OF INCIDENT: 211 PC - Robbery
DATE AND TIME OCCURRED: 1/20/09; 2135 hours
LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: 2396 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon;
BUSINESS NAME: Baskin - Robbins
SUSPECT: UNKNOWN
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: #1 BMA 25-30 years of age; 5-10, 200 lbs., Black hair, Brown eyes, wearing a Black Hoodie sweatshirt, dark colored baggie jeans.
#2 BMA 25-30 years of age; 6-2, 160 lbs., Black hair, Brown eyes, wearing a dark colored ball cap, a gold and black letterman type jacket, and baggie dark colored jeans.
RESUME OF INCIDENT:
On January 20, 2009 the two suspects entered the Baskin-Robbins ice cream store and asked one of the clerks about the cost of a scope of ice cream. They left the store without making a purchase. They returned a short time later. Suspect number 1 pointed a gun at one of the clerks and demanded the money out of her register. Suspect #2 approached the second clerk and demanded the money from her register. Once the suspects received the money they ordered the clerks to get down on the floor. They left the store in a northwesterly direction on foot. There were no injuries and the lost is estimated at approximately $300.00.
