TYPE OF INCIDENT: Missing Person – Possible Abduction
DATE AND TIME OCCURRED: July 30, 2008, 11:00 PM – July 31, 2008, 1:30 AM
LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: 1374 El Rey Court, El Cajon
MISSING PERSON: Frances Jean Agan, 12/12/86
PERSON OF INTEREST: Maynard Whitfield, 2/07/88
DESCRIPTION: Black male adult, 5’10”, 145 lbs., black hair, brown eyes
RESUME OF INCIDENT:
Detectives have been able to place Whitfield at Agan’s home around the time of her disappearance. There is reason to believe that Agan may have been abducted and is being held against her will. It is possible that the two may be staying in a tent in the South Bay.
