LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: 1374 El Rey Court, El Cajon


MISSING PERSON:   Frances Jean Agan, 12/12/86


PERSON OF INTEREST: Maynard Whitefield, 2/27/88


DESCRIPTION: Black male adult, 5’10”, 145 lbs., black hair, brown eyes


POSSIBLE VEHICLE:   2000 Ford Ranger Pick-up, white, CA Lic. 6H03939


RESUME OF INCIDENT:

The El Cajon Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Frances Jean Agan, 12/12/86, from her home in El Cajon. According to family members, Agan went to bed around 11:00 PM on July 30, 2008. A family member noticed she was missing at around 1:30 AM. Agan’s belongings, including her purse and cell phone were still in her room. Police were called to the residence and a missing persons report was completed.

At the time of the report, the residence appeared to be secure and there were no signs of a struggle. Later in the morning it was discovered that a screen on a window of the house had been cut, and someone had possibly entered the residence. Family members believe that Agan’s boyfriend, Maynard Whitefield, 2/27/88, may be involved in her disappearance. Detectives have attempted to contact Whitefield, but have been unable to locate him. Whitefield may be driving Agan’s vehicle, a 2000 Ford Ranger pick-up, white in color, CA license 6H03939.
