TYPE OF INCIDENT: Attempt Kidnapping

SUSPECT:

White male adult, early to mid twenties, 5-8 to 5-10, with a “pot belly”, shaved head with possible black stubble, clean shaven, and earring in his right ear. The subject was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans.


RESUME OF INCIDENT:

On Wednesday July 9, 2008, at approximately 12:00pm, three female juveniles ranging from ages seven to nine, were leaving the parking lot of Lexington Elementary School located at 533 S. First St., in El Cajon. After the girls left the school parking lot, they were approached by the subject who was in possession of a knife. The subject attempted to grab the girls at which time they began to fight him off. The subject fled the area in what was described as a dirty white mini-style van with a dent in the driver’s door. There was also a 10”-12” wide chrome or silver strip down the length of the vehicle.

The identity of the suspect is unknown at this time, and the investigation is continuing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the El Cajon Police Department at (619) 579-3311.
