RESUME OF INCIDENT:
The El Cajon Police Department is asking for help in
identifying suspects in three separate crimes. With the
increasing number of video surveillance cameras in the
community, it is not uncommon for law enforcement agencies
to obtain photos of suspects committing their crimes. For
this reason, the El Cajon Police Department developed an
“Open Cases” page on our web site at www.elcajonpolice.org.
This page enables citizens to help identify suspects from
surveillance pictures. High-quality suspect photographs
have been obtained on three theft cases in El Cajon.
Investigators believe that with the assistance of the
community, suspects in these crimes can be identified and
brought to justice.

The first case involves a suspect who stole a $9,000.00
Rolex watch from Ben Bridge Jewelers at Parkway Plaza. In
the second case, a suspect was videotaped on a surveillance
camera by a home owner who suspected someone had been
entering his home and stealing items. The third case was
an attempted burglary of an SDG&E payment kiosk.

Members of the community are encouraged to go to
www.elcajonpolice.org and click on the “Open Cases” page to
view photos of these suspects, as well as suspects in other
unsolved cases. Individuals with information on any of the
cases on the web site can contact the detectives listed
with each case. People can also remain anonymous by
contacting Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tip lines at (888)
580-TIPS or sending an email or text to
www.sdcrimestoppers.com. Crime Stoppers is offering up to
a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to a
felony arrest.
