SUSPECT: Marco Angel Lopez Hernandez, 10-13-84 
 
 
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  
 
 
 
RESUME OF INCIDENT:  
 
On 4-8-08 at about 8:15PM an unknown suspect entered the 
victim’s apartment through an unlocked window and assaulted 
her. Officers who responded to the scene located evidence 
that was linked to an individual identified as Marco Angel 
Lopez Hernandez, 10-13-84. Detectives were able to contact 
Lopez-Hernandez at his place of employment on 4-9-08.  
 
Detectives determined that Lopez-Hernandez had been in the 
area of 500 E. Lexington at the time of the incident. When 
Lopez-Hernandez’ shoes were examined, it was found that 
they were consistent with a shoeprint that had been 
discovered inside the victim’s apartment. Lopez-Hernandez 
was arrested and booked into county jail for Burglary, 
Assault with a Deadly Weapon, as well as other felony 
charges.
