SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Hispanic Male 
18-22 years-old 
5’05”-5’08” 
Thin build 
Black clothing 
 
 
RESUME OF INCIDENT:  
 
On 4-8-08 at about 8:15PM an unknown suspect entered the 
victim’s apartment through an unlocked window and assaulted 
her. The suspect threatened the victim with a knife and 
tried to force her to another room in the apartment. The 
victim struggled with the suspect and screamed, at which 
time the victim’s child came out of another room. The 
child began screaming, which caused the suspect to run out 
of the apartment. During the struggle, the victim was 
stabbed and suffered a minor injury. A person outside the 
apartment saw the suspect run from the area and followed 
him. The suspect ran northbound towards Main Street, where 
the witness lost sight of him.  
 
The suspect was dressed in all black clothing and had his 
face covered. He was described as a Hispanic male in his 
late teens to his early twenties, 5’05-5’08, with a thin 
build.  
 
Members of the community are reminded to take steps to 
safeguard themselves by locking their doors and windows.
