TYPE OF INCIDENT: Robbery
DATE AND TIME OCCURRED: 1-3-08 @ 4:15pm
LOCATION OF OCCURRENCE: 695 El Cajon Blvd
BUSINESS NAME: Victim #1- EXON
Victim #2- Robert Hall (EXON employee)
SUSPECT: #1) Dustin Steven Holder 18yrs, Unemployed
transient
#2) HMA approx. 19yrs wearing a black sweatshirt and
dark shorts
RESUME OF INCIDENT: Two suspects entered the Exon station
and asked the clerk the location of food products. One
suspect selected several packs of beer and fled the store
without paying. The store clerk (Hall) attempted to detain
the second suspect (Holder) when the clerk was struck in
the head by the suspect who also fled. Suspect Holder was
later located nearby and arrested.
At the time of this investigation the second suspect has
not been identified.
Investigation continuing.
